Share your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and an unboxing video.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account after verification.
